Arenal Kioro hotel and restaurant offers a fabulous place with a natural viewpoint to the Arenal Volcano.

The hotel has 27 acres of undulating land, surrounded by two streams ( La Palma and Kioro) with crystalline waters that begin to flow in the Arenal Volcano National Park.

It has two paths where plant species are identified. Besides, 3 kilometers away there is a property with private thermal springs for our customer’s delight.

Reservation Policies for Direct Customers

All reservations must be 100% warranted by means of a credit card.

When making your reservation the system will automatically charge the total amount and will give the confirmation number.

The confirmation of the reservation will be subject to acceptance of the credit card included in the request form.

Arenal Kioro does not confirm your reservation when your credit card presents some inconvenience, or is turner down. (not accepted)

Cancellation Policies for Direct Customers :

Cancellations received 15 – 29 days before arrival date, will be penalized with 50% of the total amount charged.

Cancellations received 0 – 14 days before arrival date of the client, will be penalized with 100% of the total amount charged.

In case of No Show at all *when the customer does not arrive on the reserved date), penalization will be for 100% of the total amount charged.
